This hub is provided solely for authorized internal use by employees and contractors of Grupo O&M. Unauthorized access, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
Grupo O&M reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the hub following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

All content published on this platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, data, reports, and software — is the exclusive property of Grupo O&M or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this hub without prior written authorization from Grupo O&M.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding this platform may be used by Grupo O&M without restriction or compensation.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRUPO O&M SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PLATFORM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mexico City, Mexico.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
